  • Wing it - Don't plan
  • Don't contact your clients - You talked to them a few years ago...they should know what to do
  • Expect to be busy all of AEP - Most of AEP business is done in the first few weeks, what about the rest of it?
  • Take shortcuts - It's AEP. You are too busy to give prospects your best.
  • Don't certify for everything - You are certifying for all of 2019, not just AEP
