Much ado about how to squat and what makes for good form. I like the way the great (and non-dogmatic) movers of GMB Fitness take this on. Squats look different on different bodies, so you may not need to have squat envy. Still, if there's room for improvement in your squat, look to one of these limiters: tightness in ankles, hips and back and s ee what GMB has to suggest for loosening those up. (Or talk to me.)

We meet Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 6am at Volunteer Park at the Black Sun sculpture.

We meet Tuesday and Thursday 9:45am at Madrona Playground 34th and Spring on the basketball court.
