Avoid Late Fees: Renew REALTOR® Membership by February 1st

The January 1st deadline to renew your REALTOR® membership has now passed. The grace period to avoid the late fee ends on February 1st. After February 1st, members with unpaid dues will incur an additional, non-appealable $100 late fee.

Membership provides you benefits such as preferred pricing on Bright MLS & the Real Estate Success Institute, access to Supra Lockboxes, ZipForm Plus, affordable dispute resolution services, and answers to the questions you need to help run your business.

Scholarships Available, Help Someone You Know with Education Costs

The New Jersey REALTORS® Educational Foundation scholarship application is open. Last year, the foundation awarded more than $68,000 to students to help meet the costs of higher education.

Students are eligible for a scholarship if they are a high school senior who will be attending an undergraduate program or are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. Students enrolled at a NJ community college can also apply.

Applicants must be a member, or a relative of a member of New Jersey REALTORS® who resides in New Jersey.

The deadline to apply is March 14th, 2024.
