Requesting to use the HQ Credit Card
If your chapter has a recurring bill or a big event that requires a credit card, HQ staff are available to work with the vendor to have the charges go on an American Express. SCORE does prefer to write a check to the vendor, but this is another payment option for those vendors who don’t accept checks or ePayments through Bill.com.
Please read the instructions and fill out the request form found at https://tinyurl.com/SCORECharge and send it approved by your chapter chair to Erin Schultz. She will contact you to arrange for her to give the credit card information directly to your vendor.
Treasurer Tuesday Schedule
Join us on June 15 at 2 PM EST as we cover Chapter Budgeting for FY2022. The schedule for the rest of the year is:
- July 20: Transitioning Incoming Treasurers
- Aug 17 Welcome New Treasurers
- Sep 28 Year-End for Chapters
Calls are on Zoom, have a Q&A at the end for all questions in Accounting from our chapters, and are held at 2 PM Eastern Standard Time. To register for one or more please visit https://tinyurl.com/SCOREACCT9. Slides and some recordings are available on the SCORE Support Center by searching for Treasurer Tuesday Webinars or at the link here.
As a reminder, please do not apply for the Community Navigator grants as SCORE is applying for the entire organization.
Thank you for all you do for SCORE.

Upcoming Live Webinars for Small Business Owners
|
|
As part of SCORE for All for Hispanic Entrepreneurs and at the request of the Hispanic Committee, we now provide a Spanish Biz Success Tips newsletter titled, "Webinars en español – [month] - Chapter Template,". This email is available in all chapter Constant Contact accounts on the 3rd week of every month within the drafts folder.
This newsletter lists Spanish-language events hosted by chapters across the country and new Spanish content published on SCORE.org. It is entirely optional for your chapter to send this newsletter to local subscribers, and you can send this email as-is or customize it with your local Spanish content.
We encourage you to segment your list and send this new draft to your Spanish-speaking subscribers. If you have any questions on how to customize a newsletter or segment your list, email marketing@score.org.

Top Resources on SCORE.org
|
|
The Top Resources on SCORE.org document lists the top 25 resources on the national website. This list is updated every month to provide insight into what educational content small business owners are searching for and interested in.
Your chapter can then take this data and use it to create localized resources around those topics to increase your chapter's website traffic and workshop attendance.
