On May 9th, The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Board of Directors held a meeting during the REALTORS® Legislative Meetings in DC. Highlights of the meeting include:

NAR voted to keep NAR dues at $156 per member for 2025

NAR reported that membership stood at 1,509,195 as of April 30. That’s higher than the numbers reported in February and March but roughly 2% lower than a year ago

2025 NAR Committee Applications

Due on May 15th

Help shape the direction of the National Association of REALTORS® and apply for a committee. Applications are accepted until Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

NEXUS members who receive a committee appointment may receive a stipend to help offset the cost of in-person attendance at meetings provided they request and are endorsed by the NEXUS President and the CEO during the application process.

To be endorsed, the NEXUS member must:

Request the endorsement (included in online application)

Be in active status and good standing at the time of the request

Have made a minimum $100 RPAC investment for the current year

Have served on the Board of Directors or a committee at any level of the REALTOR® association, including affiliated organizations (WCR, RRC, etc.), for at least two years prior to the application year
