The Turnaround Management Association requires that you provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination to attend The 2021 TMA Annual, October 26 to October 29, 2021.
To facilitate the process of providing proof of vaccination, we have partnered with
VOW Digital Health. Please follow these instructions:
On your smartphone:
1) Have a photo of your government-issued ID and health credentials ready to upload.
*Should you need it, the Event ID is 4D9-ZDY.
3) Promptly upload your vaccine card.
Please note, each guest is required to have his or her own account. Do not upload information for your colleagues or guests as it will be rejected. Rather, immediately share this email with your colleagues, so they can take action as well. If you wish to set up an account for someone else, simply log out of your account, and then create another by clicking Create Account.
Registered attendees of The 2021 Annual who do not upload their vaccine card to our secure portal in advance of the conference will be prohibited from accessing the venue and participating in the conference. Only those who register for The TMA Annual onsite shall be permitted to submit proof of vaccination at that time and will be required to show both onsite proof and confirm upload to the portal provided for this purpose.
