Success in Health, Wealth Happiness and Love for 2025
The failure rate of New Year’s resolutions is about 80 percent, according to U.S. News & World Report. There are many reasons, but a big one is they’re made out of remorse with saying like “Why am i So Fat” — and the mind focuses on the problem like gaining weight, instead of the solution— this requires a shift in attitude and a plan for coping with the stress and discomfort that comes with changing a habit or condition.
The best words to think to yourself are “I am in route to achieving my ideal weight as i attract the resources to look and feel great”. This may seem too easy, please understand the mind when a directive is repeated everyday, and worded properly will follow this directive to a T.
Other excellent directives to the mind are: “as I walk faster each day and park further away from my destination i become in better shape!
I will allow my body to consume only those foods rich in fiber, high in water content such as all fruit, vegetables, vegetable soups, large fresh vegetable salads, with oil free sugar free dressings along with gluten free rice, and tasty recipes from the Simply Healthy cookbook.
Remember these directives are best repeated when in your own voice record now into your phone and play it back every morning upon waking and just prior to sleep. Why? Because the unconscious mind is easiest to reach when you first wake up or are falling asleep. This Theta state is really the part of your mind that controls over 95% of your actions and behaviors!
When the clock strikes midnight on Dec. 31, and you have set goals for yourself for the New Year. Keep in mind the vast majority of resolutions fail mainly because you haven’t been shown until now, how to properly take the that part of our mind that is the most important to achieve success.
We only fall short on those resolutions mainly because the goals must match your highest values. I will provide you a fool proof template at the end of this article and talk to keep you on track with your highest intentions and purpose. Sound cool?
An impactful approach is to create resolutions that simultaneously enhance multiple areas of your life. For example, resolving to live in the moment can enhance your life personally and professionally,”
