Health Advice Across Primary Care

With our new Nurse Advice Center, you can now get health advice over the phone from all CHA primary care centers, including pediatric sites*. You can speak with a CHA primary care nurse, sometimes without even a call-back.

If you’re sick, or have health questions, call your primary care center for answers. For non-urgent needs, you can still send us a message in MyCHArt. Our Nurse Advice Center will be helping with those messages too!

*The CHA Zinberg Clinic is the only primary care site not currently able to access the Nurse Advice Center.

Save the Date!

Join us in Malden on Saturday, September 9, from 2–5 PM for a family-friendly event. Find out how you can improve your health while enjoying music, games, children’s face painting and more – and look out for the ice cream truck!

Get helpful information about local community programs like housing, food, and immigration resources, including many FREE services. Please share this event with your friends and family!

Summer Traffic

You may have noticed more traffic as crews work on fixing the Sumner Tunnel and other roadways. Getting to our primary care centers and hospitals is taking longer. Give yourself extra travel time before your next appointment. If you're running late, please call your provider.

If you rely on Green Cabs or other ride sharing apps, please book your ride a half an hour earlier than you normally do. And, consider other ways to get where you need to go like using public transportation or biking.

Patients benefit from the warm and caring attention they get from Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when they’re admitted to one of CHA’s hospitals. And CNAs help the entire care team.

Find out what it’s like to be a CNA at CHA by watching this video. We'd love to have you join our team.
