How to help couples help each other
When you think of community, what comes to mind? Do you think of the area you live or the people who surround you? Is it a group with whom you share faith, values, or a common experience? Is it your support system? The truth is, it's all of these things - and possibly even more.

Communities provide its members with many of the same benefits as family: emotional support and encouragement, a sense of identity and camaraderie, care and concern for their well-being. You might say couples are at the heart of communities; in turn, a strong community is an invaluable source of support for couples as well.
