Prosciutto, Pancetta..... Isn't it all just bacon?

Greetings!

Prosciutto and Pancetta sound similar, and have similar flavor profiles. But they are distinctly different and can be optimized in your cooking if you know which one to use when, and why.

So, I decided to spend a little time digging into their origins and unique differences. Check out my Blog for the low down on Prosciutto vs. Pancetta.  Enjoy recipes that use both, including our featured video of the week, Penne a la Vodkaand see how to incorporate each into your next dinner party!
