New EEOC Guidance for EEO-1 Survey Pay Data Due Sept 30th

(You can skip this article if you have fewer than 100 employees and you aren't a contractor for the federal government.)

EEO-1 survey eligible employers are expected to submit, by September 30th, the "Component 2" pay data for years 2017 and 2018.   With new EEOC guidance issued July 1st, resource materials include deadlines and definitionsFAQs and a sample form to illustrate how the data is to be organized, as well as reporting instructions.  The online portal to submit the date will become active on July 15th, and login information is to be mailed or emailed to employers also by July 15th.
