Fitness Community Outings

On the last Friday of each month I plan an evening out for current class members and clients to a local restaurant. This month we went to Gibbet Hill Grill in Groton and had an amazing evening of dinner and conversation. It's so nice to spend time together outside of class, and some were meeting for the first time so a great way to make new friends.

Class Spotlight Barre
Regular  barre workouts  have the ability to increase bone density helping to prevent conditions like osteoporosis. As well as shaping the muscles in the butt and legs giving you long lean lines, the Barre workout is also instrumental in helping to avoid injuries. The small muscle movements used in  barre  classes build strength without putting a strain on ligaments and tendons. Barre is a ballet inspired fitness class.

Offering 2 weekly classes:
Tuesday at 6pm
Thursday at 8am

Recipe of the month:
This is a great dish to make on the weekend then use for breakfast for the rest of the week. Actually it's so versatile it can be breakfast, lunch or dinner. Packed with protein and complex carbs it's also a great post workout snack.
