Masks are now required!

With the recent rise in COVID cases in Massachusetts and across the nation, CHA is again requiring everyone to wear masks in patient care areas. This change went into effect on Monday, September 18. If you don’t have a mask, you can get one when you come into our buildings. Thank you for protecting yourself, our staff and other patients from possible infection.

CHA Telehealth Changes: We hope to see you soon

You’ve told us how well telehealth visits work for you and we appreciate the feedback!  With the end of the federal Public Health Emergency, some of the rules around telehealth have changed. To meet the new standards, CHA is planning to provide all future telehealth visits by video. We are no longer scheduling voice-only visits.

You still have two great options - having a video visit or coming in person to see your care team. Both options let your provider see you, which lets us give you better care.

If you’ve never had a video visit, or have trouble with video, please visit our telehealth page. We have flyers and videos in many languages explaining how to do a video visit.

If you don’t have high speed internet, visit CHA-Connect and search for “internet” to see if you qualify for low-cost internet. You can also visit the FCC Affordable Connectivity site.
