WE CREATE SAFER SCHOOLS
  • Facilitated 24,246 interactions with students, staff, administration, parents and community in partnership with 24 schools to create safer & more inclusive campuses
WE BUILD YOUTH LEADERS
  • Graduated 32 students through our summer Youth Leadership Institute providing advanced human relations education and skills.

WE ENHANCE SKILLS
  • Pivoted to an online training paradigm and trained 282 new mediators in our 40-hour Basic and Advanced Mediation Trainings.
WE RESOLVE COMMUNITY CONFLICT
  • Delivered 15 online conflict resolution workshops providing 250 people with skills to positively approach conflict.
WE STRIVE FOR RACIAL EQUITY
  • Launched OCTogether reStructure, a DEI training program for non-profit & business leaders to encourage equity in the workplace that featured 17 meetings with 368 people in attendance.
WE PROMOTE INCLUSION
  • Offered 102 trainings, meetings and workshops reaching 3500 people on topics such as Civil Rights History, Implicit Bias & Levels of Racism
WE ENGAGED INDIVIDUALS IN RACE-RELATIONS DIALOGUES
  • Held 5 Community Dialogues with 355 participants building community during challenging times and addressing tension during times of crisis.
WE EDUCATED ABOUT HATE
  • Drew together 230 participants in workshops providing an understanding of hate implications, impact and connections to broader social issues in the community.
