MEMORIAL DAY

- Remember and Honor -

Memorial Day weekend is a time to remember all the brave Americans who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the nation and it's citizens. Each and every day in America is a gift we all enjoy due in large part to these heroes. You are remembered.

Did you know?

Memorial Day was originally called Decoration Day and was created to honor those lost while fighting in the Civil War. With World War I, the United States found itself in another major conflict and the holiday evolved to commemorate American military personnel who died in all wars.

Looking out for our Veterans.

Vets "Out of the Rough"

Our company president Kathy founded Vets "Out of the Rough" in 2020. The Northport, NY based VOR is a non-profit organization that serves as a resource to veterans with service-related needs, including, but not limited to PTSD through golf. Each week, Veterans in need come together to play 9 holes of golf. There are fellow veteran mentors present to help them learn golf, or improve their skills, while helping them make supportive connections. Following the game, veterans attend a dinner on the deck where stories are told, and memories shared. The program is growing by leaps & bounds and we could not be more proud of the members and grateful for the support of the public.
