Tell us what inspires and drives you in your work or business?
The gratification of helping companies, and the employees within, improve their businesses through technology. The most important, and basic initiative all companies strive for, is to improve and grow. We handle everything else, giving our clients "peace-of-mind" on internal structures and processes.
What do you love about conducting business in Livingston County?
Being a resident of the Brighton community for 20 years, I respect and appreciate the business relationships & friendships we have built together. As Livingston County continues to grow and develop, it's exciting to witness the transformation and to create new solutions that exceed local businesses' needs, and forging strong relationships.
What do you love about being a Chamber member?
By being a part of the Chamber, it provides opportunities and resources to grow and improve my own business. The Chamber gives me the opportunity to collaborate with other business owners and executives, stay updated on local events and initiatives, and the ability to contribute to the overall prosperity and development of Howell and Livingston County.
Can you share a recent success story?
Recently, a copier/printer client was concerned about cybersecurity and the vulnerability of a data breach. Conducting a Network Assessment Test, we fixed their network vulnerabilities. and are now their IT partner. Today, we are their help desk, security operations center (SOC), installed layers of cybersecurity and antivirus software tools for every computer, WiFi access point, router, switch and an IT Security Handbook was adopted. Now, they can rest assured they're protected, and focus on growing their business.
Share exciting plans or initiatives for 2024?
2024 has already been an exciting year. The growth of both our Traverse City & Oscoda branches, coupled with new growth in SE Michigan, IMAGE has been beyond blessed. I am committed to invest in the growth and development of my team's careers, expand the business to new horizons, and prioritize customer satisfaction for all clients. WIth our motto, "Our People Make the Difference," guiding our every move, we aim to stand out in the industry by offering exceptional service, innovative solutions, setting the stage for a transformative year ahead.
