Tell us what inspires and drives you in your work or business?
My customers inspire me to be positive and try and make a difference in their day. They drive me to search for out of the box solutions for their needs and nothing feels better than providing them with a great experience.
What do you love about conducting business in Livingston County?
I love seeing familiar faces everywhere I go and knowing that there are so many amazing people in Livingston County!
What do you love about being a Chamber member?
I have learned a lot from several different trainings offered through the chamber. I also love the networking events where I get to see so many people I know. I also had a blast at the citizen of the year dinner.
Can you share a recent success story?
We just successfully completed over two months of extended hours at our branch to help the Vg’s customers while the branch was closed for remodeling. Although very challenging at time, my staff was remarkable and went above and beyond.
