Tell us what inspires and drives you in your work or business?
The People that I work with inspire me. We face a lot of challenges on a daily/hourly basis as a tier-1 automotive supplier, and the people that I have the opportunity to work with continue to inspire me every hour of the day to always go above and beyond in everything that I do. My goal is to always have a positive impact on every person that I come in contact with. In my role as a global leader, I’m able to accomplish this goal thanks to the great team that I work with.
What do you love about conducting business in Livingston County?
Aludyne is a global casting and machining company and we are blessed to have one of our most successful sites located in Howell, MI. One of the main reasons that our manufacturing site in Howell is successful is due to the great people that we have at our Howell manufacturing facility. I love having the opportunity to have a positive impact in our local community in Howell and in Livingston County. Howell and Livingston County has a lot of great communities and I love having the opportunity to help and improve our already great communities to live in, to play in, and to work in.
What do you love about being a Chamber member?
I love being a Howell Chamber of Commerce member as it is one way for me to engage in the community and to help the community to continue to grow and thrive. The Howell Chamber of Commerce coordinates, organizes and hosts a lot of great community events to help our local communities and our local businesses. I love being a part of a great organization as the Howell Chamber of Commerce has great leadership and the right focus to always help our local businesses and our local communities.
Can you share a recent success story?
There are several that come to mind, but one of the most significant recent successes that the Howell Chamber of Commerce accomplished was the successful 2024 Balloonfest. The Howell Chamber of Commerce does an excellent job of planning and hosting the Balloonfest. This is a great annual event that always shows all of the great things that Howell offers to the local and regional communities.
Share exciting plans or initiatives for 2024?
Some exciting plans that Aludyne has for 2024 is to continue to work closely with the Howell Chamber of Commerce on labor challenges and what we can do to help solve some of the labor challenges.
