Hrach to Retire From Summit Church

After 12 years at Summit Church, Rev. Dan Hrach will retire as pastor this year. His last Sunday is May 19. The congregation is hosting a farewell reception for him at Augustine Golf Club in Stafford that afternoon. You have served the Lord and Summit Church with gladness. May God continue to bless and watch over you.

Help Kids Experience the Fun and Faith of Camp

Summer camp starts June 9 and Camp Hanover still has plenty of space for campers from your congregation. Help your members learn about Camp by playing the Place Where We Can Go video from the February presbytery meeting during an upcoming worship. Registration closes May 30 for the first week.

VCU Campus Ministry Hosts Servant Leadership Experience for Teens

The Pace Center at VCU hosts an immersive experience for middle and high school-aged youth June 17-21. Youth will stay overnight in downtown Richmond and participate in mission and service opportunities throughout the Richmond area. Mission partners include Shalom Farms, the Richmond SPCA, and Friends of the James River Park. Through this opportunity, youth will learn servant leadership principles and reflect on their experiences through the lens of servant leadership.
