The Sport Clips Huddle Time Communication is back, which means it's time to start preparing for the 2024 National Huddle! This email will be sent as needed on Tuesdays between now and National Huddle to keep the system informed of anything and everything National Huddle-related.

From registration information to speaker announcements to awards details and more, Huddle Time will include everything you need in one place! And don't worry - if you miss the email on Tuesdays, a link to the communication will be included in the Wednesday Game Time Communication.

Heart of a Champion & "Of the Year" Nominations Are Open

Heart of a Champion Award Overview

Having the Heart of a Champion as we deliver our Mission Statement is what defines us and separates Sport Clips Team Members from the competition, so this is a very special award. The Heart of a Champion award is open to any individual in the system, including Stylists, Managers, Coordinators, Coaches, Team Leaders, Area Developers, and Support Team Members.

"Of the Year" Overview

Nominees are evaluated in quantitative and qualitative areas:

Quantitative – “Of the Year” nominees are ranked in each of the outlined categories for their Award. Then their ranking numbers in each category are added together. The finalist is the person with the overall lowest score (highest ranking) in the outlined categories.
Qualitative – Nominees are evaluated by essays submitted by their nominators as well as other sources.
