Hello all,

I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to share the health topic of the week with you based on various individuals I have met with recently.

One of the most common mistakes I see is the way in which individuals nourish themselves. Some are moving more plant based, others are restricting calories or too busy to eat. Most are making some of the very mistakes I made that impacted my digestive tract, infertility and immune system in the past.

I was eating a great deal of healthy food (or what I thought to be healthy) and was by no means attempting to eat too little once I realized the value of food, but I did not realize how short I fell in my daily caloric needs.

One of the top causes to hormonal imbalances, pain and a sluggish metabolism is consuming too few of calories (or nutrients) to sustain energy in the body. Our body is made up of 11 organ systems and these organ systems need calories comprised of specific macro and micronutrients to function correctly. Often times just helping individuals understand their personal caloric needs (basal metabolic rate + activity) along with where those calories should come from, they experience a healing event just from addressing what was missing from their daily lifestyle. It's an area that is rarely touched upon by our physician and there are specific puzzle pieces that are often overlooked by our dietician.

If you are low in energy or experiencing negative health symptoms...one of the top areas of focus should be on what type of energy you are or are not consuming and how much of it. The body remodels every tissue in your body based on what you eat. There are so many "healthy" foods that are inhibiting vitality and multiple packaged food items increasing pain and mental health changes.

I developed a metabolic wellness plan to help my clients learn what the body needs to heal itself. If you would like to access this plan, along with an amazing presentation I created to explain each piece to the puzzle...please click here to learn more about my Food Foundations course. This life saving course can save you years of pain and lost finances on unnecessary supplements or procedures.
