Justin Davis' promotion to Houston, TX, Plumbing Sales Manager is a testament to his outstanding performance and dedication to his work. Justin Davis started working for HMC as a Plumbing Account Manager in April 2023 and quickly showed his skills. With his extensive experience in the plumbing industry and his degree in Business Administration from Texas State University, he is well-equipped to take on this new role. As the Houston, TX Plumbing Sales Manager, Justin will manage and work collaboratively with other talented account managers, Alec Cooper and Trey Shanks. Together, they form a dynamic team that is committed to providing exceptional service to their customers in the Houston Metro area. Justin's leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues will be invaluable in this new role. 

In his spare time, Justin enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. He also loves spending time with his family and friends. 

Austin O'Riley started working for HMC as a Plumbing Account Manager in April 2022. He grew up in San Antonio and has extensive knowledge of the region and the plumbing industry. As a University of Texas in San Antonio graduate with ten years of plumbing industry experience, Austin has developed exceptional sales, customer service, and team management skills. He is known for his ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and his dedication to achieving results is unmatched. All of this makes him an excellent fit for this new sales manager role.

In his new role, Austin O'Riley will serve as the cornerstone in leading and guiding a team of four account managers: Derek Albers, Ronnie Hurst, Max Jacoby, and Ryan Knittle. With his adept leadership skills, Austin will cultivate a collaborative environment, empowering each manager to leverage their unique strengths while collectively driving the team towards exceeding targets and fostering client satisfaction. He will also facilitate the continual professional growth of his team members.

When he's not working, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and watching professional football and basketball.

Justin and Austin will continue to report to Aaron May. We congratulate them on their new positions and are positive
