What to Bring/Wear to Extended Day

We only need this form if your child will be using any type of medication during their time with us this school year. It must be signed by a physician.
Wear/Bring Tennis Shoes Daily
Please have your child bring or wear tennis shoes daily, and have the proper outer wear for the weather. We will be using the gym &/or playground everyday. (Shoes other than tennis are not preferred for play in the gym).
Weather Appropriate Attire
The children go outside nearly everyday and early morning/late afternoons can be chilly. In the colder winter months a coat, snow pants, hat, gloves, and boots are required.
