Donate Your Halloween Costume to Children in Need!

Do you have a costume in good condition that can be given to a child in need for next year? Looking for a way for your child to give back this season?

We are collecting costumes for organization WEEN DREAM, an all volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit that gives free Halloween costumes to children in need across America.

Please see these instructions for packaging up your costume and place it in the box/bin labeled WEEN DREAM in the library entrance (next to Thanksgiving-in-a-Box). We will collect costumes through 11/22 and then we will ship all costumes to the organization.

12th Annual Thanksgiving-in-a-Box

It's time again for the annual community-wide Thanksgiving-in-a-Box food drive for needy families, now in its 12th year. Last year, this event provided much needed food for 800 families and is hoping to do the same again with the community's help.

Please see this flyer for details on how to contribute a box. You can purchase all of the items for the box or work directly with Manor Market to contribute a box. Boxes can be dropped off in the Huguenot Memorial Church library between 9am - 5pm

Raffle Items Request - We need your help!

Calling on on all HNS parents to put those job perks and connections to work!

The Parents Committee is currently seeking raffle donations for both the upcoming Ugly Sweater Party (12/2) and Holiday Teacher Appreciation Luncheon (early December). If you have a great item or experience to contribute to either/both events, please contact [email protected] .

Tickets to the theater or sporting events, restaurant or spa gift certificates, wine/liquor, vacation home rentals, jewelry, artwork. . . just a few ideas to get your creative juices flowing, but the sky’s the limit!

As always, your generosity is much appreciated. Your contributions will help raise funds for children's classroom enrichment projects and programming and to show appreciation to our teachers for their unwavering dedication to our children.
