Human Resources manager Kate Young began her career with the AMLJIA in 1995 and has become the trusted go-to resource for HR questions and issues. Kate has provided personnel training, assisted with employee handbook updates, provided guidance on personnel issues, and fielded countless HR questions from the membership. After her many years of service to local governments and school districts, Kate has announced her retirement as of August 2, 2019.
