Humboldt County 4th of July Festivities

Eureka Main Street is planning a day full of family fun at the 4th of July Festival in historic Old Town.

Starting at 10:00am and going till 5:00pm, the festival spans five city blocks along Second Street. Vendor booths will feature a wide variety of foods, crafts, commercial items, and fine art. There will be two live music stages, fire trucks, police cars, horse & carriage rides, speeder car rides (1st & E Street), Madaket Bay Cruises, and much more!

Arcata's 4th of July Jubilee will take place on the Plaza (9th & G Streets) from 11:00am to 4:00pm for music, aerialists, a kid's corner, vendors, food, drinks, and more!

Fortuna invites the public to celebrate Independence Day early on July 3rd with kids’ activities, food, music and fireworks!

Kids wristbands are $10 each for three hours of unlimited fun (5:30p to 8:30p) and includes 15 bounce houses, petting zoos; clowns; balloon animals; sand art and old fashioned picnic games. All kids purchasing wristbands must be accompanied by an adult at all times and have a parent or guardian sign a liability waiver.

At 8:30p the kids' activities wrap up for the evening and the dance party begins with DX3 Productions doing a light show and dance party! Dance until the fireworks start at dark around 10ish!

Families are allowed to bring their own LEGAL fireworks to light off and enjoy with friends. Fireworks are ONLY allowed in the paved Newburg parking lot behind the stage.
