Our local Sequoia Park Zoo has a great reciprocity program that allows you to attend several different zoos or aquariums across the country while utilizing a hefty discount. In order to utilize this program you would have to have an active membership with our zoo. Family memberships well set you back $84/yr while a single membership is $35/yr, with both giving you free admission to the zoo for the entire year. We love our membership because I'm always running around town with the kids, and its a great place to kill a couple hours in between showings or meetings. We are going on a trip to the Bay Area soon and we will definitely be hitting up The Oakland Zoo. Our Sequoia Park Zoo membership will ensure we only pay $34 to get in, instead of the standard $68!
