As most of you are aware, Humboldt Counties housing market has been thriving since May and really hasn't shown any signs of slowing down, which is very odd for this time of year. Traditionally our market begins to creep down to a near standstill over the winter months, but early indicators point to a healthy and active market heading into the holiday season. There seems to be plenty of buyers, both locally, and from out of the area, which means that the only unknown variable is the listing inventory. The past few months have provided just enough inventory to continuously propel the market forward, but we will have to wait and see if this trend continues through to the new year.
