It is estimated that about 80% of real estate agents will not remain in real estate for longer then five years. There is a multitude of reasons behind this, whether it be anxiety from the non-guaranteed income and emotionally draining escrows, or simply failure to launch; I am doing everything I can to make sure I don't fall into that percentile. First and foremost I learned from my broker and one of my offices' best agents how to be a quality agent, which included mountains of paperwork and hours of conversation about tactics, ethics and logic. I am still learning and evolving with every client and escrow that comes along, so the education really never stops. Lately I have been putting more of my energy towards the technology and marketing side of the business with all the social distancing measures which prevent us from regular activities like floor shifts, client farming and door knocking. I had created my own logo using Microsoft Word about eight months ago, the logo served a purpose, but was ultimately clunky, unprofessional and easily ignored. I am happy to unveil my new logo (above) and decided to pay a little extra to have a few color variations, which you can see at the bottom of this newsletter. I hope you guys like it as much as I do, because I'm stuck with it now!
