I couldn't be happier to admit that I was dead wrong about the 49ers before the season started. During the preseason I stated, "Call me crazy because we are definitely winning the Super Bowl this year! In reality, I am hopeful that we will compete for a Wild Card spot, and yes I realize even that is a tad optimistic given our divisions strength, our lacking depth chart and terrible injury luck, but hey, a boy can dream, can't he?" Don't wake me up now because ya' boy sure is enjoying this dream! Even though we were hit hard by the injury bug, we figured out a way to remain strong and showed up ready to play every week. Luckily we have three crucial defenders in, Dee Ford, Kwon Alexander & Jaquiski Tartt all returning to the lineup this week, This Saturday the 9ers are hosting the Vikings at 1:35p with a chance at the National Football Conference Championship game and then possibly Super Bowl 54. I love our match up with Minnesota but I will be on pins and needles all day so please keep your fingers crossed for me.
