Every real estate agent strives to build their business around referrals, the biggest motivation for this being that your starting off the relationship with a solid foundation of rapport. If a past client, friend or family member refers business to me, it's because they believe I can get the job done, and they trust that I will do it in a professional and enjoyable manner. These positive opinions are then absorbed (or at least heard) by the referee at which time they will then make the decision to contact me or not. If they do contact me, I know, at the very least, they have considered the referrers opinion and want to find out more, which is all I can ask for! Once I have been contacted, I do everything in my power to ensure that your referral ends with a strong relationship and a satisfied client.
