Humor Therapy: Just What the Doctor Ordered

What’s great about humor is that you don’t need a prescription to get a dose of something that’s good for you. Today’s special is a huge slice of humor therapy. The goal of this program is to make you laugh, smile, as well as offering tools to help you feel less overwhelmed by the realities of a diagnoses or treatment. Caregivers are welcome too!

Our speaker, Richard Satterwhite, works for Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as the Patient Engagement Specialist, where he specializes in leadership development, communication, team dynamics and the patient and family experience. He also has over 25 years of experience as a professional comedy improvisor. John Costin, an entrepreneur and nbmtLINK board member will share his many tips for living his fun-filled BEST life post-transplant.
