In accordance with the resolutions passed and directives of Hunt County Commissioners Court, Hunt County Offices, including the Extension office, are currently closed to the public, but available via phone and email for assistance.

Please continue to utilize the many online and virtual opportunities available.

Validation
Spring Major Lamb and Goat tag in will be Monday October 26th from 4:30PM to 6:00PM at the Hunt County Fair Grounds.

Hunt County Fair Steer Validation and Spring Heifer Validation will be October 26th and 27th 4:30PM to 6:30PM Colton Douglas will be contacting everyone to set up times for their group to be there!

Any 4-H member wanting to validate a Major Show Heifer and County Steer needs to contact Brittney ASAP so 4-H can get scheduled!
Paper Clover Sales
Tractor Supply Co. Paper Clover Campaign is coming up! From October 7-18, Tractor Supply will be giving back to Texas 4-H. Due to COVID, stores are not allowing members and clubs to solicit in store. We encourage members to promote paper clover sales on their social media! Watch the Hunt County 4-H Facebook for you to share!
2021 Roundup and Recordbook Updates
There was a change to the 2021 Roundup schedule, & contest rules. Click here to access the 2021 Roundup Information

The updated 2020-2021 Texas 4-H Record Book information has been posted at https://texas4-h.tamu.edu/recordbooks/.
2021 Texas 4-H Photography Contest
Texas 4-H has updated their rules and guidelines for the 2021 contest. Click here to acces them! District Photography Contest will be early February, details will be out soon. Categories will follow the State guidelines. The Hunt County Contest will be before the State Contest, more information will be sent out at a later date!
National 4-H Week
National 4-H Week is October 4-10, 2020 and we hope you are finding ways to celebrate in your community. Be sure to share your hashtags on social media to enter the contest!
One Day 4-H
Here are the specific details:
 1) When - October 10th @9am-12pm
 2) Where - Wolfe City
 3) Who - Greenville 4-H and other clubs
 4) Why - One Day 4-H service project 
 5) Supplies - provided (must bring own bug spray and sunscreen)
 6) Attire - jeans, closed-toed shoes, gloves
 7) Commodities - Bathrooms will be across the street from trail
 8) COVID-19 Procedures - All participants must wear a mask and fill out the COVID-19 4-H Screening Form
