Thank you for your interest in our LPN Program. Our next class will be starting October/November 2013.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Passing score on the TEAS entrance exam
- Interview with the Director of the LPN Program
- 3 letters of recommendation
- 250 word personal essay
