We promote our products via the story of our goats and our sustainable agricultural and forestry practices. Our small family farm produces all of our products on-site, so we bring the freshest cheese and milk to the market each week. Dairy farms in New Jersey have been under extreme economic stress for years. The number of dairies in the state has declined to less than 50 -- down from hundreds a few decades ago. And the decline continues -- among those dairies that sell the milk to distributors.
