IRS Extends 1031 Exchange 45 and 180-Day Deadlines Due to Hurricane Helene

The IRS has announced relief available to victims of Hurricane Helene that began on September 22, affecting Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
