Hurricane Helene Relief Resources

While Elkin experienced some effects from Hurricane Helene, we were fortunate to avoid the level of devastation faced by our Western NC communities.

Although some businesses along Standard Street sustained minor flood damage, most are now back open and ready for your support

—please consider visiting them!

The impact on Western NC is truly heartbreaking, but our communities are coming together to help in any way possible.

Our Community has set up a donation fund

to help those impacted in Western NC.

Please consider donating.

If you’re interested in volunteering, please ensure you coordinate through organized groups rather than simply showing up. Infrastructure is strained, so it's crucial to operate within established channels.
