Hello, Chamber Members!
I hope this message finds you safe and well during these challenging times. We want to take a moment to reach out and share the efforts the Chamber has undertaken this week in response to the impact of Hurricane Helene.
Our office has been open and available to provide immediate assistance to our community. We have set up essential services, including access to clean water, charging stations, and a designated workspace for those in need. Additionally, we have been actively delivering dire essentials to families who lack transportation and are struggling to meet their daily needs.
We recognize that the effects of the hurricane have been particularly challenging for our member businesses, especially regarding workforce shortages, as many employees are unable to commute. In the upcoming days and weeks, we will work diligently to share state and federal financial resources and support for those businesses that have been affected. Please see the current resources below.
Our current focus remains on assisting families in need, and we encourage any business that can contribute to do so. The Chamber is here to help spread the word about any initiatives you may have in place, so please do not hesitate to keep us informed.
We are hopeful for better days ahead and are committed to supporting our community through this recovery process. Together, we can navigate these challenges and emerge stronger.
Thank you for your resilience and dedication to our community!
