Applying for FEMA Assistance

Homeowners & renters in impacted counties are eligible to apply for Individual Assistance due to damages from Hurricane Helene and Milton.

  • If you use 711 Relay or Video Relay Service, call 1-800-621-3362.


Emergency 30-day Supply of Prescription Meds

  • Residents who rely on prescription medication can get early refills regardless of typical limits.
  • If you're in a county under a State of Emergency for Hurricane Milton, the time is now to utilize early prescription refill access.
  • Schedule 2 medications may not be covered or refilled.
  • This is due to their addictive effects.
  • Schedule 2 drugs are typically prescribed to treat things like severe pain, anxiety, insomnia, and ADHD.
  • Examples of Schedule II substances include fentanyl, hydromorphone, meperidine, methadone, morphine, oxycodone, dextroamphetamine, methylphenidate, methamphetamine, pentobarbital, and secobarbital.
