Hurricane Helene landed as a Category 4 hurricane, resulting in significant disruptions across the affected regions. Over 4 million customers are without power, spanning from Florida to the Carolinas. Heavy rainfall is causing flooding in various areas, including Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. In light of these conditions, service continues to be impacted across the region.

Service has been suspended from Tampa to St. Pete/Clearwater due to the closure of bridges. We anticipate continued operational delays as Hurricane Helene progresses, primarily due to widespread power outages, flooding, property damage, and customer staffing challenges.

Please be assured that our dedicated customer service team is diligently working to reschedule all affected shipments. We remain committed to maintaining customer satisfaction during this challenging time.

Our top priority is the safety of our drivers and our communities. As always, FFE appreciates your business and your patience during weather-related disruptions.
