Roberta's Card
Greatest Fisherman
It’s Wednesday, and this week, I used  Norman - Q038 (High Hopes Rubber Stamps) for the main image and Worlds Greatest Fisherman - H159 (High Hopes Rubber Stamps) for the sentiment. Norman is very happy today as he caught a magnificent Lobster. My dad LOVES fishing and can't wait to go fishing again. Hopefully, that time will come soon and then he'll be smiling just like Norman with his big catch of the day!
To make my card this week, I started off with a card base of 5.5" x 4.25". I used Belle Blvd - Secrets of the Sea paper for the main background.

I stamped the image onto Copic Marker X-Press It Blending Card and then die cut it with my Cuttlebug and My Creative Time - More Stitched Circles. I cut a slightly larger circle out of Orange cardstock with Lifestyle Crafts Cutting Dies - Nesting Circles and glued it down on top of the background paper. I coloured in the background using a variety of Copic Refill inks, Colorless Blender and a Q-Tip which I used to apply the colours. For the water, I wisped several colours back and forth and then added some Copic Colorless Blender and wisped the colours one last time. Lastly, I added some white caps by dabbing Sharpie Water Based Paint - White - Extra Fine Point onto the surface. I completed colouring in the rest of the image with Copic markers and then popped it and the sentiment using 3M VHB - 2 sided tape. The sentiment was die cut with Die-Namics MFT-489 PCD Fishtail Figs STX.

Stunt Dragon!
I had such a good time creating this boys birthday card. This cute image got me in the mood for some happy bright colors.
Today I'm using  "Stunt Dragon" and  "Happy Birthday To You" from  High Hopes Stamps. I stater by stamping my image with Memento ink and colored with alcohol markers. I used a couple circle dies to cut my main image. Pop the circle and sentiment with foam tape. The paper is "Party Day" from Crate paper.

Tire Swing Dragon
Howdy - MichelleO here today - This sentiment is perfect for that loved one that you may have been in "cooped" up with lately! LOL! This is High Hopes Stamps -  Tire Swing Dragon with " I never tire of you" sentiment!
Isn't he adorable? I colored with my Copics and shaded with pencils. Then cut out the image. I found an old pattern paper from Cosmo Cricket of a cloud filled sky. I matted with green card stock sewing together with a zig zag stitch. With the sentiment matted and sewn as well. I then punched out some leaves from a die cut and then shaded the leaves with Copics and pencils as well. It is all on a blue card stock base. Fun? Thought "Hubby" might get a giggle out of it.

Walkabout Wally

Meet your Jungle Guide " Walkabout Wally" from  High Hopes Stamps. Wally is ready to take us on an adventure through the jungle! Now if only they would lift the "isolation ban" lol. Wally is all ready with his binoculars and walking stick! This cutie would be the perfect guide don't you think?!
I started my card by stamping the High Hopes " Jungle Background"and " Walkabout Wally" onto some Copic friendly paper. Using my Copic Sketch Markers I coloured my images. Next I cut out the Jungle Background with a Stitched Rectangle Die, and used my Brother Cut N Scan to cut out Wally. I decided to use papers from the Doodlebug "At the Zoo" 6x6 collection. I added the HH " Jungle Out There" sentiment in the top right of the card. I decided to pop up Wally with some foam squares for a bit of added dimension. A bit of twine and a bow finish off my card.

Transmitting Wishes

It's easy to transmit some fun Birthday wishes with " Robot In A Rocket" from High Hopes Rubber Stamps. This fun stamp is perfect for a masculine themed card for someone on your Birthday card giving list. I have a few nephews that would love to receive this card - I may have to make more!
I stepped out of my box and made a galaxy background paper - for the first time ever - and it was sooo much fun to get my fingers inky!
I coloured up my robot and rocket with alcohol markers and fussy cut it using cuticle scissors. I added some silver Stickles to the "wings" and window around the robot. I set that aside and using inks and white acrylic paint I made my background paper. This is the first time I have ever tried this and I can see doing more in my future!
I didn't have a moon stamp so I cut a circle and added some ink to it in splotches to hopefully make it look like a moon.
I added the stamp with 3D foam dots for some dimension, stamped and added the sentiment and finished off this CAS design with a few enamel dots.

Thinking of you!

It's hard to believe that it has been ten weeks since everything came to a grinding halt and total hibernation has taken over.

After coluring the image with Copic Markers, I cut it out using a Pleated Circle Die. I then used a larger Pleated Circle Die to cut out a piece of mulberry paper with one edge trimmed. Some ribbon and Nuvo Morning Dew Crystal Drops finished off the card.
