HPKCC President
On behalf of the Hyde Park-Kenwood Community Conference , we hope that you, your family, and your friends are safe and healthy as we endure the global health crisis known as COVID-19. We urge everybody to stay home and stay safe and follow the advice of the doctors and elected officials. Also, let’s all remember to practice patience and kindness during this difficult time. These things are a big part of staying healthy in mind and body. That’s most important right now. Be well. Thank you.
61st Annual Hyde Park Garden Fair Cancelled
-Garden Fair Committee at the 60th Garden Fair, May 17-18, 2019

The Hyde Park Garden Fair traditionally takes place the weekend after Mothers' Day. The Garden Fair Committee has decided, with regret, that it is necessary to cancel our 61st annual spring fair, scheduled for May 15 and 16, 2020. We will not risk the well-being of our customers, volunteers, workers, or committee members in the current unpredictable situation.

It is our hope to be able to present the 2020 fall fair as scheduled, on Saturday, September 12 from 9 am to 4 pm.  At this fair, we sell bulbs, fall flowering plants, and houseplants. Closer to the time, more information will be available on our website:  www.hydeparkgardenfair.org .

Many of you reading this newsletter are deeply appreciated Garden Fair customers and volunteers. Thank you so much for your support; we all look forward to seeing you at the next fair.

The Hyde Park Garden Fair is a committee of the Hyde Park-Kenwood Community Conference. Proceeds of the Garden Fair support the work of the Conference, as well as gardening-related projects in our area.
