Intermittent nightly closures of various underpasses in the project corridor will take place Monday, September 11 through Sunday, September 17, from 8PM to 6AM. The closures are necessary for overhead bridge work.
Underpasses affected:
- U.S. Business 83 underpass at I-2
- Jackson Road underpass at I-2
- Cage Boulevard underpass at I-2
In addition, nightly closures of the I-2 westbound frontage road, in Pharr, will also occur this week. On Monday and Tuesday night the I-2 westbound frontage road will be closed between Cage Boulevard and Sugar Road, from 12AM to 6AM. On Wednesday and Thursday night the I-2 westbound frontage road will be closed between Veterans Boulevard and Cage Boulevard, from 10PM to 6AM.
