Southbound (SB) I-405 will close nightly between Westminster Boulevard and Goldenwest Street to install joint seal assemblies for the I-405 bridge over the railroad tracks.
The nightly SB I-405 closures are anticipated as early as 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. Wednesday, July 5, and 11 p.m. to 6 a.m. Friday, July 7.

REMINDER! Westminster Boulevard/Willow Lane Intersection Closures for Drainage Work
|

The Westminster Boulevard/ Willow Lane intersection will continue to close nightly for drainage work.
Nightly intersection closures began Monday, May 15, and are expected to continue through August, on weeknights.
Additional nighttime intermittent lane reductions are expected to continue through July.

REMINDER! Crews are conducting utility work and installing equipment for the new 405 Express Lanes. This work requires intermittent nighttime lane reductions on northbound and southbound I-405.
Ongoing lane reductions are anticipated as early as 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. on weeknights and weekends, as needed.

UPDATE! Crews will mobilize equipment next week to begin relocating a waterline as well as begin sound wall reconstruction.
Equipment mobilization and waterline relocation is anticipated to begin as early as Monday, July 3, and continue for approximately three weeks, excluding Independence Day.
Sound wall reconstruction is anticipated to begin as early as Wednesday, July 5, and continue for approximately six weeks.
Activities are anticipated 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, as needed. Crews may mobilize equipment as early as 6 a.m., and some activities may occur from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. as needed.
Crews may access the work zone intermittently along College Park Drive and from the WB SR-22 connector to mobilize equipment.

UPDATE! Crews began curb, sidewalk and signal improvements at the Springdale Street/Navajo Road intersection. This work required the existing signals to be turned off and replaced with four-way STOP signs.

REMINDER! Crews are conducting nighttime partial trail closures on the Santa Ana River Trail, at I-405, to conduct wall repairs for the I-405 bridge.
The nighttime partial closures began Monday, June 19, and are expected to continue 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. for approximately one more week, on weeknights.
