Lane Closures

Nov. 19-27

• Motorists can expect alternating, single-lane closures on I-64 east on the High Rise Bridge on Nov. 21 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.



• Motorists can expect overnight, single-lane closures with brief, intermittent stoppages (up to 20 minutes). Single-lane closures will begin as early as 7 p.m. with full stoppages to occur between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. as crews install new overhead signage.
• I-64 west between Great Bridge Boulevard (exit 292) and I-464 (exit 291) Nov. 19-20
• I-64 west between Shell Road (approximate mile marker 295) and Great Bridge Boulevard (exit 292) Nov. 21-22

Continuous, weekend closures of off-ramp from I-64 west to Route 168 south/Chesapeake Expressway continues from 9 p.m. on Nov. 18 to 5 a.m. on Nov. 21

Motorists should use the detour listed below.

• Continue on I-64 west
• Take exit 291A to I-464 north
• Take exit 2 to Military Highway
• Take a left on Military Highway
• Take the on-ramp to I-464 south
• Exit to Route 168 south/Chesapeake Expressway
