I-64 Southside Widening and High Rise Bridge Expansion Project
Overnight Ramp Closures on I-64 West Off-Ramp to Great Bridge/Route 168 South (Exit 291B), and to the Off-Ramp to Great Bridge Boulevard (Exit 292A), Tonight, July 27

Motorists should be prepared for overnight ramp closures on I-64 west to Great Bridge/Route 168 south (exit 291B) and Great Bridge Boulevard (exit 292A), tonight, July 27, beginning as early as 11 p.m. to 4 a.m.

These two closures will not take place at the same time. Crews will first detour exit 291B, followed by exit 292A.
I-64 west off-ramp to Great Bridge/Route 168 south (exit 291B) detour

  • Exit to I-464 north (exit 291A)
  • Exit right to I-64 east (exit 1)
  • Continue straight and exit right to Route 17/Route 168 south (exit 291B)
  • End detour
I-64 west off-ramp to Great Bridge Boulevard, exit 292A

  • Exit 291A to I-464 north
  • Exit 1 to I-64 east
  • Exit 291B to Route 168 south
  • Right exit to Great Bridge Boulevard
  • End detour on Great Bridge Boulevard
