Construction crews prepare for upcoming traffic shift on I-64 westbound near the High Rise Bridge
As construction of the new High Rise Bridge advances, motorists can expect a traffic shift on I-64 westbound (towards Virginia Beach) near the base of the High Rise Bridge beginning the first weekend in October

- September 27, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- September 28, from 8 p.m. to 9 a.m.

- October 4, from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Motorists should prepare for delays or take alternate routes. As always, motorists are encouraged to slow down and pay careful attention while driving through the construction zone.
