Paint our Novi pink this October
Sign up for a free mammography screening on Oct. 18 at the Novi Civic Center

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the City of Novi is encouraging all residents to support the cause by decorating their doors or exterior of their homes the color pink.

Many of us know someone who has been impacted by breast cancer and this is a great way to honor or celebrate them while also increasing awareness.

With awareness in mind, the City has also partnered with Providence Park Hospital to bring its mobile mammography unit to the Novi Civic Center on Oct. 18. All women in the community over the age of 40 are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to get screened. Screenings are covered by most insurances and will take only 15 minutes to complete.

You can make an appointment by calling  248.567.0316  or emailing and completing the registration form found on  Appointment times are on a first come basis. Appointments can be made in 15 minute increments.
