It is ANOTHER miserable, wet, and RAINEY day here in McDonough, GA. I wonder if this is how folks in Great Britain or Seattle, WA. Live??????
The last 6 months has been a trying and tumultuous time in my life!! I have struggled with leg, knee and back pain, sought the help of various doctors and then to top off this year I now am sick with either cold, flu or the dreaded C word-Covid.
I am beyond the low grade fever having spent the entire day yesterday sleeping-THANK GOD for a warm bed and roof over my head.
I attended a small PRAYER MEETING/luncheon Friday and as I lay in bed Friday night I heard Holy Spirit whisper the above Scripture to me:

6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
For many of us the days are shorter than the days behind us! WE know not how many days we have left and as we age we become increasingly aware of the passage of time.
I, personally, too often wonder how the inevitable passing from this world will unfold-Will I be able to go out with a flourish or a fizzle?????????????????
Physically, I cannot do the things I used to do and the care and keeping of my wife and handicapped daughter require even more time and effort.
This one Verse should assure any and all of us who wonder/worry about what lies ahead for ALL of us::

In context this should “ASSURE, HAVE CONFIDENCE, and PURSUADE us of the TRUTH of the old refrain:
“GOD SAID IT, I BELIEVE IT, THAT SETTLES IT FOR ME!!!!!” AMEN AND AMEN!!!!!!!!!!
WE CAN BE confident that what God BEGAN in us, HE will PERFORM it!!!!

God is NEVER finished with US!!!! Just because of earthly limitations, troubles AND trials God is ALWAYS God:

Christmas will be here a few days hence and then 2024 will be upon us. No one knows what will occur in this world AND our own personal lives???
