Greetings!

Reverse Your Carb Intake
Trade in Unfavorable for Favorable

Your diet might be full  of processed, sugar-laden carbs that contain very little, if any, fiber. High-sugar/low-fiber carbs are  "fat-storing" carbs...they're definitely the type of carbs you'll want to avoid if your goal is to obtain a flat stomach and a trim waistline.

There are  simple things you can eliminate from your diet completely to drastically cut down on your sugar intake, including sweetened beverages, fruit juice, and many "hidden" sources of sugar like sauces, dressings, breakfast cereal & bars, and many brands of yogurt.

And then of course there are those "snack" foods that you already know you should be avoiding, except for the occasional indulgence, but are likely creeping into your diet on a daily basis.

But the real question is, how can you cut out these foods without feeling deprived?

Easy! Eat more fiber-rich foods!

Fact is, fiber-rich foods are much more filling and satiating than sugary foods, giving you much more food volume per calorie. So, not only will you avoid a ton of sugar and excess calories, but you'll also be MUCH more satisfied and full.

Here are some of the best fiber-rich foods for a flat stomach and a full belly!

-Most Fruit (apples, oranges, apricots, peaches, pears, kiwi, mango, melon, plums, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, cherries) - While these are a bit higher in sugar, they're very slow absorbing and super high in fiber, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and other important nutrients...so still a top carb choice.

-All green vegetables

-Sprouted grain bread (such as Ezekial 4:9 Bread)

Apples
Pearsveggies, fruits, nuts
Peaches
Blueberries
Raspberries
Blackberries
Oranges
Bananas

Besides eating supportive/favorable carbohydrates, you want to properly place them at optimal times.

I strongly recommend at your first meal which in some cases is before your workout and after your workout. This strategy provides energy before the workout and after the workout.

Always remember what you put into your body today not only effects the workout of the day, but tomorrows workout as well.

Professional Trainers Hate The HCG DIET!!!!!

Introduction provided by Glenn Greer

It's not just me, other trainers share the same frustration when they hear HCG.

For the past two years I have handled Post Traumatic HCG DIETERS.  After being injected or tasting HCG drops ( Do they atleast come in fruity flavors?) and being ordered to eat 500 calories (were they also sent to the Principals office?) they reclaim common sense and visit a safe haven.

A Professional Trainers Facility

Welcome To The Concept of Eating More And Exercising Progressively
A Professional Trainers facility where supportive nutrition (**eating 1200 to 2000 calories -   individual intake is based upon goals and physical activity) is recommended as well as physical movement known as exercise.

Let's learn a bit more about HCG or as I say (HOLY CRUD GOSH)

HCG is an acronym for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. It is a hormone that is produced by pregnant women. It interacts with and controls several other hormones and is an essential component of the fetal development process.

If you want to know all the  details on exactly how the female body uses HCG during pregnancy, go get yourself a cup of coffee, put on some Yanni, do a Wikipedia search for "HCG", and enjoy the read.

HCG stimulates the hypothalamus (again...Wikipedia, amigo), causing the body to increase the production of other hormones that can lead to an increase in metabolic activity.
In other words...because there's more "stuff" going on in your body hormonally, your body requires more energy to do that "stuff."

This led to the theory that HCG could be used as a weight-loss aid. Realistically, though, even if your metabolic activity increases, it you're still eating like crap...you still won't lose any weight. As such, EVERY SINGLE DOCTOR, WITHOUT EXCEPTION that administers or prescribes HCG injections for weight loss also prescribes a very particular DIET that the patient is REQUIRED to follow in conjunction with the treatment.

This diet typically restricts the patient to 500 calories per day and consists primarily of high-protein, low-carb foods.

Hmmm...I'm no Einstein...but I'm pretty sure if ANYONE followed a diet like that, they would lose weight...HCG or no HCG.

They might also start to dream of Pizza, Burgers and Chocolate!!!!!!

This begs the question...what is REALLY causing the weight loss...the HCG or the DIET?

My money's on the diet.

If my professional opinion alone hasn't swayed you yet...perhaps this will:
Way back in 1976 (yeah...HCG is old news), the Journal of the American Medical Association published the results of a study on HCG and weight loss.

In the double-blind study, one group of individuals was administered HCG injections, while the other group was given a saline placebo.

Both groups were placed on the same 500-calorie diet.
Both groups lost weight.

BUT (big "but" here)...at the end of the study, there was NO DISCERNABLE DIFFERENCE in the amount of weight lost between the two groups.

In other words, it was the 500-calorie diet that led to the weight-loss, NOT the HCG injections.

If this isn't enough to steer you clear of HCG...maybe this will:

You know where HCG comes from? In most cases, it comes from the urine of pregnant women. Yep. Sure, it's been isolated, sterilized, and deemed safe for injection...but at the end of the day...you're still injecting some stranger's pee into your body. Nice.

So...now you know what HCG is. Here's what I think of it: 10,000 i.u.'s of B.S.

Yes...you in the back...you have a question?
"So why would ANY doctor prescribe the HCG treatment to their patients if they knew all these facts?" That's a great question, you in the back. Ready for the answer? It's gonna sting a little bit.

Here it is: MONEY. Sad, but true. Your doctor likes money.
And HCG is easy money. Especially if they're injecting saline and not really even injecting actual HCG (saline is pretty cheap compared to HCG). WHAT!?!?!
They wouldn't do that, would they? Or would they... Now I'm not throwing all docs under the bus here. Most of these guys and gals are on the up-and-up.

Rule of thumb: if your doc is prescribing HCG for weight loss, perhaps it's time to find a new doc. A final word: There are no shortcuts in life, folks.

This goes for everything...learning to play the piano, learning calculus, getting rich, and losing weight.
Just do what it takes.
Do it right.

Do it consistently...and you WILL win.

When it comes to weight-loss, this means eating right at EVERY MEAL, EVERY DAY, 365 days a year.
Eating right means eating primarily meats and vegetables and avoiding the over-processed, starchy poop that plagues the Standard American Diet.
